1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AFFNight LLC's platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Affiliate Account

To participate in the AFFNight affiliate program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not create multiple accounts without prior authorization
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Prohibited Traffic & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or communications to promote offers
  • Fraud: Generating fake clicks, leads, conversions, or using bots and automated software
  • Fake Leads: Submitting fabricated, misleading, or incentivized lead information
  • Cookie Stuffing: Dropping cookies without user knowledge or consent
  • Brand Bidding: Bidding on advertiser brand names without explicit permission
  • Misleading Claims: Making false or exaggerated claims about products or services
  • Incentivized Traffic: Offering incentives for users to complete actions unless explicitly allowed
  • Adult/Malware Traffic: Using adult content or malware to redirect traffic

4. Payout Rules

Payment Terms
  • Payments are processed on a weekly basis
  • Minimum payout threshold must be met before payment is issued
  • Affiliates must submit an invoice to request payment
  • AFFNight reserves the right to withhold payments pending quality verification
  • Chargebacks or reversed conversions will be deducted from future payments
  • Payment methods include Wire Transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and Cryptocurrency

5. Commission Structure

Commission rates are set on a per-offer basis and are displayed in the affiliate dashboard. AFFNight reserves the right to modify commission rates with reasonable notice. Custom payout rates may be negotiated through your account manager.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the AFFNight platform are owned by AFFNight LLC. Affiliates may not use AFFNight's brand assets without prior written consent, except for approved promotional materials provided in the dashboard.

7. Termination

AFFNight reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or any activity deemed harmful to the network. Upon termination:

  • Access to the platform will be revoked immediately
  • Pending legitimate earnings will be paid within 30 days
  • Earnings from fraudulent activities will be forfeited

8. Limitation of Liability

AFFNight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions paid to you in the preceding 30 days.

9. Modifications

AFFNight reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
